Project area located in town of Dewitt, Onondaga County, New York. Project area approximately three miles northwest of PIN 3034.46.122, see PAF Report no. 151. Paragraph 3 [Phase I Reconnaissance] archaeological examination. Survey methods: file search, literature and document search, surface inspection, shovel test pits. No prehistoric or historic sites identified. Artifacts: slipped redware. Recommendations: project will not adversely affect any significant cultural resources. This report includes eight maps, artifact catalog, five photographs, along with essays on the local geography and environment, cultural history of the area.
